Today I am writing to commend the security guard Long Hai who are on duty at HSBC Bank - Hanoi Branch - Pacific Place Building in general and especially the security guard Nguyen Anh Tu.
While on duty on December 6, 2012, Nguyen Anh Tu discovered that a customer entered the transaction at the bank and forgot the amount of VND 2,000,000 at the Banking Hall area. As a professionally trained security guard, Nguyen Anh Tu promptly informed the shift leader and the bank's security staff to seal the object so that the Customer Management department the bank's individual returns to the customer. We highly appreciate the honesty and responsibility in the work of Nguyen Anh Tu, especially when we know that the above amount is not small compared to the salary of the security guard.
