    Our customer, Saigon Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, had a couple of compliments about the services of Long Hai Security Service Joint Stock Company in 2021.

    Firstly, we would like to express our thanks for your cooperation so far. 

    The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Long Hai Securitas team who are working at Saigon Centre Shopping Mall - the team had stopped a fire case on time and in a professional manner on 30 November 2021, and thus had prevented and minimized the risk of fire and explosion that can be caused if the team did not handle in time. We highly appreciate the quick actions and professional coordinated response of the Security team at Saigon Centre Mall. 

    We hope that Long Hai company will keep training and improving your staff to maintain and develop the best customer service and professional skill not only for Saigon Centre Shopping Mall but for all projects served by the Company, for now, and in the future.
