      Country President - Deputy General Director

      Mr. Nong was born in 1972 and has been associated with Long Hai Company since 1998. He holds a degree from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration from the same institution.

      Prior to his corporate career, Mr. Nong served in the military within the missile force of the Air Defense - Air Force. He has also enhanced his professional expertise by participating in a variety of security and management training courses across several countries, including those in Europe, America, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, the UAE, and South Africa.

      Throughout his tenure at Long Hai Company, Mr. Nong has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Marketing and Business Development, Legal Director, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Human Resources, and Deputy General Director, culminating in his appointment as Country President cum Deputy General Director in 2024.
