At 04:40 on October 23, 2022, security officer Nguyen Thanh Lam patrolled the 22nd floor of the T1 - S.G.P. building and discovered water overflowing outside the elevator Lobby and the corridor elevator. Through observation, it was determined that water was overflowing from the apartment. At this point, the water was about to overflow into the elevator doors. Shift leader Lam immediately notified the building's technical staff to lock the water valve and hang it on the top floor (Floor 35). At the same time, security officer Nguyen Minh Nhat arrived to coordinate with technical staff to use sandbags and towels to block the elevator door to prevent water from overflowing and use wipers to push water out onto the stairs. Previously, when determining that water was leaking from the apartment, shift leader Lam rang the bell and knocked on the door many times, but no one opened the door. At 5:15 a.m., the technical staff contacted the residents and opened the door. Security officers and technicians came in to check and determined that the cause of the water overflow was a broken water supply pipe. Security and engineering staff and then cleaning staff assist residents in pushing water and sucking water to clean floors for residents. Because it was detected and handled promptly, five elevators were not damaged. The incident was praised by the Management Board, thanks to the working spirit and timely detection of the Long Hai security officers. Residents (who are members of the building's Management Board) also sent envelopes through the Management Board to the security, technical, and cleaning departments as a thank-you.

At 05:45 on October 3, 2022, employee Le Van Thang patrolled and discovered that the counter of the P.L. store had stagnant water. Through the Management Board, Officer Thang uses backup keys to coordinate with the technical department for inspection. The reason is that the staff did not clean and take the trash out as procedure, leading to the above situation. The above incident has been reported to the relevant department pending further handling.

At 4:30 p.m. on October 15, 2022, Officer Le Van Thang was on duty at the camera location. He discovered driver V.Q.H. driving a medical vehicle with license plate number 51B-12..... colliding with an iron fence of the electrical cabinet at the delivery gate area at L1. Through inspection, the fence was exposed and bent. The incident was reported to the relevant department, and at the same time, the driver's I.D. card was temporarily detained for resolution through the Central Management Board. At 09:33 p.m. on the same day, the driver finished fixing the problem and received the I.D. card immediately afterward.

At 03:06 on October 19, 2022, employee Le Van Thang discovered the sound of running water in the room behind the Tower 1 information board. When he informed the security officer to open the door, he found water falling from the ceiling. The water has decreased, but the cause is unknown. After checking with the technical department, Officer Thang found that the cause was a cracked kitchen drainage pipe leading to the above situation.

At 04:55 on October 21, 2022, patrolling employee Le Van Thang realized that contractor L.T., working at the L.S. store, replaced the floor tiles of hallway L5, chipping 02 other tiles next to the newly replaced tiles. Employee Thang reported the incident to the relevant department and waited for further processing.
